So even though all we did was over the syllabus, I did really like my teachers. I also did not even meet all my teachers, but I am hopeful I will like them all. It was nice to get started, print out my notes, and actually have something to look over and study! ( I am sure my enthusiasm for studying will subside soon, but for now I am thrilled to have printed out notes) I am also in the process of figuring out OneNote, this is somewhat confusing, but I will get the hang of it before first semester.
I traveled into Basseterre today in order to set up our electricity bill and also to get subway!!! Yay subway! There are only a subway, KFC (goo), and dominos on the island that are fastfood from home...I was so excited that we had planned on getting subway but dissappointed after I purchased my italian bmt footlong because it was over $10! I guess sharing it with a heineken that they sold in the fridge made it all better (: Anyways, a student introduced me to this video of the vervet monkeys I took pictures of at shipwreck beach getting drunk, enjoy.....(:

- Here enlies all the answers to trying to pursue veterinary medicine as a career...simply apply to and go to the carribean. This seems easy enough, yet it took me probably 3 years and thousands of dollars to realize this phenomena. Anyways, through this blog I hope to give a unique outlook into an alternative veterinary school, while possibly offering some animal advice.
